Objection Handling

Zurich Universities F&I Objection Handling training consists of 8 modules. Zurich’s Objection Handling Method provides a proven process for overcoming objections without creating a confrontation.  If done right, it becomes a consultation and educational opportunity with the customers allowing them to understand the product from a different perspective. The word track modules explore the many different things that you can teach your customer based on their particular objections.
